We are really fortunate to have a wonderful network of state parks here in Indiana. Several are within an hour of the house, and the annual pass is affordable.

We spend the afternoon and a better part of the evening at Pokagon.

Navy was so ready for a second nap. He normally gets a short morning one, then a long after noon one.

Lily was quite entertaining on the drive!

Navy spent some time swimming before digging in the sand and running on the beach.

Lily was water-logged by the end of the night. Her hair bow held up nicely. She wouldn’t really hold still long enough for me to get a picture.

This summer is gonna be awesome!
