April 2023 🌧️ March definitely went out like a lion, a loud, roaring lion. It ended with two tornados touching down about 10 miles from the house!

Currently watching 👻 I so want to go to Gettysburg, and the thermal image they catch is just awesome!

Cheesecake 🍰 Lily loves cheesecake, and she hasn’t had it for a while. Her birthday was the perfect time to have dessert for dinner!

Happy Sweet 16 🥳 Happy birthday to the kid that made me a mom. I hope you have a great birthday.

Currently watching 👻 This season has one of my favorites: Poveglia Island! Excited to rewatch them!

Tokheim ⛽️ I was going some research about the Tokheim Corporation the other day. I remember seeing their logos on gas pumps. My dad would tell me what parts he made for them. I always felt a little pride that my dad helped make something that so many people used frequently.

Currently watching 👻 I would like to visit some of these locations, in daylight (obviously). I’m a chicken!

Replacing the drive motor on my dryer 🛠️ When I was doing laundry this weekend, the dryer threw an error code. A little investigating, and it seemed that the motor wasn’t turning the drum. Ordered a new motor online. It was delivered today.

Playing ball with Pierre 🐶 I’ve been trying to teach Pierre to play fetch. He does pretty well with chasing the ball and okay with picking it up. The bringing it back part is still a struggle. At least he’s so darn cute.
