eMeals: What I Really Thought

I signed up for eMeals a few months ago.

It was really nice to get the recipes for the following week a few days before the week started. I wasn’t rushed to get to the grocery store to buy everything that was needed for the week’s meals. Continue reading

Coming Soon: LuLaRoe Consultant

 photo LLRcomingsoon.jpg

Our family has decided to venture into the LuLaRoe business.

Considering the investment, it took several months of thought and planning just to decide this was the right decision for our family. Unlike my Thirty-One adventure, I’ve put a lot of time into this, as well as developing a business plan.

We have all of the supplies purchased. Now, we are just waiting for the call…

Why I Stopped Selling Thirty-One

I got into Thirty-One because I loved the pretty bags.

Our 2016 Goals

Each year, I make seemingly lofty New Year’s Resolutions with no clear plan I how I want to achieve them. They’re always the same: get in shape and manage our finances better. They also don’t last very long.

Goal #1: Go on adventures and eat!
We live close to a city with a lot to offer, not to mention everything in the surrounding areas! We have plenty to explore. There are tons of locally owned restaurants that we’ve never eaten at. Lots of festivals we haven’t been to. Museums. Shows. Events. There’s so much to see and do!

Goal #2: Get organized!

Project 365: Day 60 – Snacking in the Carwash

image

We’ve had out unlimited carwash pass from Mike’s Carwash for a week now. We’ve had the car washed 10 times. It was a little splurge for myself. I like having my car washed and Mike’s purple and green foam spraying in every direction is fun.

Navy was terrified at first. He would cry as soon as we pulled into Mike’s. However, Lily likes “the noodle tunnel,” and Navy is a lemming when it comes to things that Lily likes.

So, we are making the most of out pass this month. My car is shiny. The inside is tidy (thanks to the free trash bag I always get when we go).

Enjoy the rest of your TGIF!
